1. Overview
Orbari builds and operates automated software systems ("AI agents") for businesses. This policy covers two things: the information you give us through this website, and how we handle data in a client engagement. We keep what we collect to the minimum needed, and we don't sell it.
2. What we collect from this website
When you submit a form (the booking request or the intake form), we collect what you choose to provide — typically your name, email, phone, company, website, and your description of how your business runs and what you want to improve. We use it only to respond, prepare for your call, and build the plan you asked for. Basic server logs and privacy-light analytics may record aggregate visit data to keep the site running.
3. Our core principle in an engagement (we read live; we don't warehouse your records)
In a paid engagement, your source records — emails, customer rows, invoices, messages — stay in your own connected apps. Our systems read what's needed for a task, on demand, and retain only derived signals (aggregated metrics, patterns, an activity log, and your saved preferences and decisions). This is not a copy of your source records.
4. How we use information
- To respond to you and prepare and deliver your plan and services.
- To operate your systems: read the data needed for a task and propose actions a human approves before they take effect.
- To learn per-client and privately — one client's data is never used to benefit another.
- To secure, maintain, support, and bill the services.
5. Google user data — Limited Use
Where you connect Google services (e.g., Gmail, Calendar), our use of that data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We access Google data only to provide the features you enabled, we do not transfer or sell it, we do not use it for advertising or to train generalized AI models, and humans don't read it except with your consent, for security, or to comply with law.
6. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with: service sub-processors that help us run the platform under confidentiality (our AI/model provider, hosting, authentication, billing); your own connected apps, to perform an action you approved; and where required by law or to protect rights and safety. We never share one client's data with another.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards: encryption in transit and at rest, an encrypted store for keys and tokens, per-client isolation, least-privilege access, and logging. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect data and fail safely.
8. Retention and deletion
We keep website submissions only as long as needed to follow up with you, and engagement configuration and derived signals for as long as you use the services, then delete or de-identify them. On offboarding we provide an export and revoke connection tokens; your raw records always remained in your own apps.
9. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold, and disconnect any app at any time (which revokes our access). Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA. Contact hello@orbari.studio to exercise them.
10. Children
The services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16; we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; we'll post the new effective date and, for material changes, provide notice.
